Time Out. For Mommy and Daddy that is.

In October, we cashed in on some BOGO free coupons from Stash Tea and visited  The Harmony Hill B & B...we didn't want to leave! The Innkeepers were very nice and our accommodations were quite luxurious. (Click here to get your own coupon and view existing B & B offers.) James enjoyed himself too and was so quiet, other guests were surprised to see a well behaved baby at Breakfast. While we were in Virginia, we made it a point to go to Monticello and also one of the oldest vineyards in the area. Another highlight was a trip to the Natural Bridge, a beautiful rock formation. We didn't do too much else, except relax and drink lots of free coffee and sample all the free cakes and desserts in the B & B lounge. After we left Virgina, we headed to Tennessee and rented our own 2 story cabin on a steep cliff nestled right in the Appalachian Mountains. We had every intention of staying both nights until we finally finished the long haul through Kentucky (with our now screaming child). There was lots of historical stuff and presidential homes to see, but honestly we were too tired to do much of anything. With that said, by the time we left, we did not feel like we needed a vacation from our vacation since, well we did nothing. Yea for Time Out!
